A Wealth of Industry Experience
Martin’s career spans several decades and includes senior roles at some of the most recognised names in fire detection technology. Most recently, he served as Regional Sales Manager at Xtralis, specialising in advanced detection systems. He also held a prominent role at Honeywell Fire & Security, overseeing sales for the Beam Detection and Agile Wireless Detection product ranges across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
This international experience positions Martin perfectly to support dynamicZM’s ambition to grow its presence across the UK and beyond.
Strong technical foundation
Martin’s career began with an engineering background, giving him a deep understanding of the technology behind the products he champions. He has held technical product sales roles for leading brands such as Airsense (air sampling detectors) and Ziton (fire alarm and wireless detection systems), further building his product knowledge and customer insight.
His technical fluency ensures that he not only understands the product features but also how they solve real-world challenges for installers and end users.
Proven product leadership
One of Martin’s standout achievements came during his time as Global Sales Director at The Firebeam Company, where he played a key role in the design, launch and market growth of the Self Aligning beam detector. Under his leadership, the product achieved market-leading status in under three years.
